Abstract
The article presents a case study of tuberculosis (TB) in a commercial office in Victoria, potentially transmitted due to the dealy of diagnosis, quarantine and treatment of a patient with active TB. Topics discussed include the Victorian Department of Health (DH) staff underwent chest x-ray, interferon release assay (IGRA), and tuberculin skin test (TST), the 23 workplace contacts tested positive on TST, and the workplace had an open-plan design.
