Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 68-year old woman was admitted due to a 1-month history of chest pain. It mentions single photon emission computed tomography revealed uneven radioactivity distribution of left ventricular inferior and lateral wall; and coronary angiography confirmed diffuse and multiple coronary microfistulae from both left and right coronary arterial to left ventricular cavity.
