Abstract
The article focuses on the practice of meditation and yoga among the technology industries in Silicon Valley, California. It explores the practice of meditation and yoga programs, offered by technology industries to promote wellness and quality of workplace for its employees. It also presents the views of chief evangelist Gopi Kallayil, corporate vice-president Bradley Horowitz and mindfulness teacher Soren Gordhamer.
