Abstract
The article reports on the Biotechnology Industry Research Assistance Council (BIRAC) Innovators Meet 2013 that was held at Manesar in Haryana, India, on September 23-24, 2013. The event focused on policy changes and ways to boost the Indian biotech industry to reach 100 billion dollars in revenues by 2025.
