Abstract
The article presents the discussion on peer review system relying on the recommendations of experts in the field overlooking the degree of novelty. Topics include peer review cannot provide source data validation nor deceiving by fraudulent authors; reporting provocative or unexpected findings and extensive discussions ensuing within the scientific community; and providing the arguments and reasoning comply with decency and style.
