Abstract
The article discusses the reaction of Hizbullah and Iran over European Union's decision to include Hizbullah's military wing on its blacklist of terror. It notes that the decision ignores the fact that Hizbullah is a unitary, hierarchical organization led by Secretary-General Hassan Nasrallah with all political, civilian and military institutions as subordinate. The decision is seen to create obstacle to improve Iranian-European relations and contain Iran and restrict activity in the area.
