The article focuses on the solutions suggested by the National Coalition Government for the Union of Burma on the two basic problems in their country. According to the author, the solutions include on finding peace and harmony in their multiethnic society, while other is about the restoration of democracy behind the one-party military rule. However, he suggests that in order to install unity and democracy in the country, it is best to first understand the problems surrounding the Burmese History after the World War II.
