Abstract
In the article, the author discusses issues in the public education sector in the U.S. as of September 2014, particularly on plunder and the system of privilege. He cites that the sector's system of privilege is extended from the top administration to the full-time faculty through a system of institutional governance. He also examines the high salaries of top administrators and faculty, citing the situation at Rutgers University as example.
