Abstract
The article discusses the rulings in the case Alliance for Hippocratic Medicine v. the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) about the legality, safety and efficacy of mailed medication abortion drugs like mifepristone. Also cited are the application of standing and administrative review doctrines in the country and the ruling by the Supreme Court reversing Roe v. Wade on the constitutional right to abortion.
