Abstract
In the article, the author discusses how law firm leaders can improve staff retention through connection, engagement and improved organizational culture. Other topics include the growing cases of lawyer burnout, substance abuse, and depression, the impact of leadership on an organization, and some tips to improve connection like prioritizing self care, developing a growth mindset, and being humble and vulnerable.
