Abstract
The article discusses the Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufactures & Commerce (RSA) vision for Manchester. A team from RSA London led by Matthew Taylor discovered that Manchester has a lot to contribute for the organization's notion that the Fellows can build a partnership and a citizen-controlled change could take effect and will be applied to the city.
