Abstract
The author reflects on the great attention given to the reviews of scientific literature and predictions by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC). He cited on the view of some authors and individuals on the pertinent problems of the IPCC and its political structure, which includes on the conflict of interest notable among IPCC editors who were charged with assessing their research. He believes that IPCC reforms depends on the economic and political costs of national economies.
