Abstract
The article presents information on the views of several legal professionals including Alfred Davies, Patrick A. Parenteau, and Zygmunt J. B. Plater in context to media and environmental laws, particularly in the U.S. Supreme Court case of TVA versus Hill on March 14, 2013, organized by the journal. Plater informs that the population of snail darter fish that is accounted as a threatened species is protected under a law. Davies appreciates the help they got from California or Oregon.
