Abstract
The article discusses the functional regulation of eosinophil phenotypes by resolvin D2 during allergic lung inflammation, presenting findings from an experimental model involving house dust mite exposure and the administration of resolvin D2. Topics include the allergic airway inflammation mouse model, flow cytometry and flow sorting techniques for cell analysis, and targeted metabololipidomics to examine the impact of resolvin D2 on eosinophil function.
