Abstract
The article presents questions and answers related to personal computers. One person asked for a real solution regarding the crashing of his computer with a fatal blue screen after playing "Call of Duty 2" for 15 to 20 minutes. Another asks if he was betrayed because he can no longer play the songs he legally downloaded from DRM. The DRM licenses of the songs he purchased had been corrupted and it cannot be restored. Another says he have a problem with the use of Microsoft's System File Checker since it interrupted with the installation of Service Pack 2.
