Abstract
The article presents a study on how nitrogen (N) fertilizers are transformed into organic compounds under intensive crop production technologies in greenhouses. Also cited are how said fertilizers could cause environmental damages like nitrate leaching and soil acidification, and the use of the N tracer method in supplying data for dynamics and cumulative values of plant nutrient uptake.
