Abstract
The article states that spine metastasis is the third most common site of cancer in Great Britain, and explains its epidemiology, pathology, clinical features and clinical examination through imaging and biopsy techniques. It also discusses various options in the treatment of spinal metastasis, which include surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy and other adjuvant treatment with optimal investigation using magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).
