The article presents a case of patient with Maffucci's Syndrome and Hypertension. The patient was aged 45 year. At the age of 12, he noticed deformities of fingers and lumps on his hands and forearms. At the age 22-year, the diagnosis of Kaposi's sarcoma was made and radiotherapy was given. This has led to radiation burns and necroses. During the past 25 years the deformities of fingers and limbs have not altered much but the subcutaneous nodules have increased both in size and number. Two months ago he suffered a cerebrovascular accident which resulted in left-sided hemiparesis.
