Abstract
The article proposes solutions to the implementation of advocacy, communication and social mobilisation (ACSM) in tuberculosis (TB) programs in India. Topics cited include four key challenges that the ACSM framework proposed by the World Health Organization (WHO), the problems with ACSM implementation in India, such as the unavailability of desired funds and the ACSM components that need to be prioritized for the program to successfully achieve its objectives.
