Abstract
The article offers information on Boerhaave syndrome, has caused by high intraluminal pressure during vomiting. Topics the physical examination including obesity, decreased bowl sounds, pain on palpation, and muscular defense; and Antimicrobial susceptibility testing of the isolate culturing from pleural effusion has performed according to the specifications of the European Committee on Antimicrobial Susceptibility Testing.
