Abstract
The article offers information on several U.S. court cases related to criminal law; labor law; and family law. The cases discussed include State v. Beganovic related to state must prove a fire was started without authorization for arson; Hennepin HealthCare System, Inc. v. AFSCME on violation of collective bargaining agreements for arbitration award and Buckner v. Robichaud on award of attorneys' fees through the court's inherent authority.
