Abstract
The article presents a case report of a patient with B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) who experienced a relapse 13 years after treatment with chemotherapy and an allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT). The patient was initially diagnosed with B-common ALL in 2008 and achieved complete remission (CR) after treatment. He underwent allo-HSCT in 2009 and remained in remission for 13 years.
