Abstract
The article presents a report on the clinical trial of blood-brain barrier (BBB) disruption through pulsed ultrasound. Topics discussed include the limitation of systematically administered drug delivery by BBB, the complications associated with the methods circumventing BBB, and the recurrence of glioblastoma.
