Abstract
The article offers information on the Policy on Listeria monocytogenes in Ready-to-Eat Foods, created by Health Canada, the Canadian Food Inspection Agency and the Public Health Agency of Canada. It states that the compliance action decision tree and end-product testing for Listeria monocytogenes, has been modified, and more details related to sampling have been added.
