Abstract
The article reports on the integration of the Michigan Automated Prescription System (MAPS) into electronic health records (EHRs) and pharmacy dispensation systems of medical practices and hospitals. Topics mentioned include the importance of Appriss Health, prescription drug monitoring program (PDMP) platform provider, in the integration of MAPS to EHR, the promotion of medical care quality for public health management, and the patient safety measures.
