Abstract
The article presents the discussion on Saskatchewan College of Pharmacy Professionals (SCPP) defining documentation as a critical component of the collaborative practice agreement. Topics include multiple pharmacy professional organizations emphasizing documentation as a critical component of the provision of collaborative patient care by health care professionals; and infectious disease physicians developing a procedure for pharmacists in operationalizing the agreement.
