Abstract
The article traces the history of the "Australian Restructuring Insolvency and Turnaround Association (ARITA) Journal," in line with its 30th anniversary. Topics covered include the launching of the journal as the "Australian Insolvency Bulletin" in January 1989, the issues and themes tackled by the journal through the years, and role of the journal in the debate on law reform such as the Insolvency Law Reform Act of 1992.
