Abstract
The article discusses the establishment of Latimer Junior High School. It was organized for the purpose of relieving the crowded senior high school. This gave way for the city of Pittsburgh to try out the junior high school in its system. The method of procedure is fully described as well as the general plans of organization, the different course included in the curriculum and more of the system adapted in experimental way.
