Abstract
The article provides guideline for the management of balanoposthitis in Europe. Balanoposthitis comprises of several skin conditions which is due to the association with poor hygiene including psoriasis, lichen planus, seborrhoeic dematitis, pemphigus and dermatitis artefacta and premalignant condition including Bowen's disease and bowenoid papulosis. Physician preferably recommends normal saline for frequent washes and topical aqueous creams as substitute for soap.
