Abstract
The article addresses several frequently asked questions related to the expiration of the discretionary spending limits in the U.S . It mentions amendments made by the Congress and the President to the discretionary spending limits; expiration of the discretionary spending limits affecting baseline projections for discretionary spending; and limiting spending levels in appropriations bills.
