Abstract
The article presents the discussion on exploration of a community pharmacy delivering mobile health intervention for supportig medication taking for patients with multiple long-term condition. Topics include developing a new intervention combining a pharmacist consultation and automated two-way text messaging for supporting medicines; and supporting medication taking from community pharmacies having initial acceptability with patients.
