Abstract
This article describes the case of a dicephalic monster with one head engaged in the pelvis. Radiologic studies, undertaken soon after death, showed two vertebral columns separated by soft tissue and rudimentary ribs in midline. Necropsy findings reveal that the individual organs of both hands and necks were normal and that there was complete duplication of the thymus, respiratory tract, foregut and pancreas; incomplete duplication of the heart and great vessels, midgut and liver.
