Abstract
The article focuses on assessing the effectiveness and safety of a new oral formulation of dimethyl fumarate (DMF) in treating adults with moderate-to-severe chronic plaque psoriasis in a real-life setting. Topics include the study's retrospective analysis of DMF-treated patients, the evaluation of Psoriasis Area and Severity Index (PASI) reduction, and the observation of adverse events and treatment discontinuations.
