Abstract
The article discusses the case history of 58-year-old woman who has enterolith ileus. She reported to have intermittent central abdominal colic preceded by post-prandial epigastric discomfort. Her laparotomy found a stone obstructing the ileum from ileocaeval valve and a solitary diverticulum with similar size to the enterolith. Her enterolith was removed through an enterotomy and she recovered after one year.
