Abstract
The article discusses reproductive coercion (RC) as an integrated system of reproductive control at societal, institutional, interpersonal, and internalized levels. It emphasizes its connection to patriarchy and white supremacy and details instances of racism at different societal levels. It mentions that the socio-ecological model aims to guide clinicians in mitigating, preventing, and eradicating RC harm, urging reflection, advocacy, and action at various societal change levels.
