Abstract
The article presents information on lifestyle diseases that are becoming common in urban Indian women including tuberculosis (TB), premature menopause, and early periods. It mentions that lack of proper diet and nutrition leads to the TB among young girls. Excess alcohol consumption and smoking leads to premature menopause. It reflects that early periods at the age of seven are noticed due to over stress in girls and also offers some tips to prevent lifestyle diseases.
