Abstract
The article presents a study on the distinction between overtime hours and long workhours on full-time and part-time workers. The results showed that there is no correlation between overtime and fatigue for both full-time and part-time employees. However, it was shown on the findings that overtime has a significant effect on higher work motivation for full-time workers but does not influence the group of part-time workers.
