Abstract
The article discusses a study which aimed to determine the feasibility and validity of home-based spirometry (HS) real-time telemonitoring in allogeneic hematopoietic cell transplantation (A-HCT) recipients. Topics covered include the factor sassociated with adherence to HS, the variability of HS among participants without acute illness, and the strengths and weaknesses of the study.
