Competing Interests: Potential conflicts of interest. A. J. is the Senior Vice President, Public Policy & Government Relations, Infectious Diseases Society of America (IDSA). C. D. reports grants or contracts from the National Institutes of Health–National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases Emory Center for AIDS Research and Emory Vaccine & Treatment Evaluation Unit; consulting fees from Resverlogix and Roche Diagnostics as a scientific advisor; participation as chair of the SEARCH Study Data and Safety Monitoring Board; a leadership role as president of the IDSA; and membership on the International Antiviral Society–USA Board of Directors. Both authors have submitted the ICMJE Form for Disclosure of Potential Conflicts of Interest. Conflicts that the editors consider relevant to the content of the manuscript have been disclosed.
