Abstract
Summary: Conclusions. This dissertation provides rich contextual information about the influence of caregivers and schools on sexual debut. The topic is especially important because sexual debut is early among Jamaican youth. In order to enhance the influence of sex education on sexual debut, programmatic and policy changes at the school and caregiver level must occur.
