Abstract
Summary: Human systems such as groups are dynamic by nature, demanding themselves to be viewed as complex, dynamic, nonlinear systems. The results of this study are fraught with implications, both theoretical and practical. They point to the need for further research and beckon the group theory researcher to revisit the heritage of the discipline while embracing new methods of analysis and explanation.
