Abstract
Summary: The findings of the current study should help Thai nurses and other health care providers take a more informed account of a woman's family when she is diagnosed and treated for breast cancer, regardless of her marital status. Doing so would require changing a system that currently excludes family members from both information and decision making in its care of women with breast cancer. (Abstract shortened by UMI.)
