Abstract
The article discusses financial conditions of small businesses in New Jersey, citing partnerships between bankers and entrepreneurs, as of May 2017. Topics include role of ConnectOne Bank in providing funds to financial technology companies; the real estate developer Natirar and Ninety Acres, which was financed by ConnectOne Bank; and examples of local entrepreneurs like Bob Wojtowicz who founded Natirar.
