Abstract
The article profiles Richard G. Popiel, chief executive officer (CEO) of Horizon Healthcare Innovations. According to Popiel, Horizon Innovations aims to make a significant attempt to make a change in the quality and affordability of healthcare in New Jersey. Popiel says that Horizon Innovations engages doctors and other health care providers in a collaborative effort to create pilot programs that change how medicine is practiced.
