Lease Rates Increase Across Industrial Buildings.

Abstract
The article reports on the increase in lease rates in the manufacturing and warehouse sector in Orange County, California. The rate has been up to 69 cents per square foot, a 15 percent increase in 2006. The limited supply of quality buildings is seen as the effect of the lack of tenant activity. However, the attractive location, diverse tenant base and sound infrastructure of Orange County has driven investors to continue their businesses.
