Abstract
The article reports on the growth the manufacturing and warehouse market in Orange County, California. The role of Los Angeles and Long Beach ports was emphasized. Platinum Triangle and recent conversion of several facilities in the Irvine Business Complex are prime examples of residential entitlements increasing the market value.
