Abstract
The article reports that the construction of an approximately $60 million, 180,000 square foot mixed-used urban neighborhood by HOWA Capital of Salt Lake City, Utah, is finally underway after almost three years of zoning changes and town meetings. Gregory Carlisle of Carlisle Consulting, which is handling the advertising and public relations for the project, states that the idea of an old-fashioned community is the aim of the project.
