HAYWARD, Calif., June 12, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Solta Medical, Inc. (NASDAQ: SLTM), a global leader in the medical aesthetics market, today announced that its Board of Directors has elected Mark M. Sieczkarek as its Chairman. Mr. Sieczkarek has been a member of the Board of Directors since July 2006 and has served as lead director since January 2008. He has more than 18 years of leadership experience in the medical device industry and served as President and CEO of Conceptus, Inc. from 2003 to 2011. Mr. Sieczkarek succeeds Stephen J.
