THERE are some people you just trust to help make Christmas go swimmingly. Santa, of course, and Darina Allen. Darina and her brother Rory O'Connell (pictured right) present the first of this year's specials - this offering coming 25 years after Simply Delicious first hit our screens. Of course every kitchen should have a Darina Allen cookbook and A Simply Delicious Christmas book. Darina and Rory's festive menu includes oysters, artichoke soup, spiced beef, chocolate biscuits and a meringue Christmas tree.
