Abstract
RORY has been teaching people to cook for more than 30 years, having cofounded the famous Ballymaloe Cookery School with his sister Darina Allen. He has also worked in some of the world's top restaurants, including Chez Nico and Le Manoir aux Quatre Saisons. Tonight, Rory (pictured) prepares roast cauliflower with red onions, cumin seed and muhammara (a hot pepper dip) - as well as grilled chicken paillard with roast grapes.
